Service degradation for CommzGate General API end-point
We had looked into a problem that started around 2023-09-23 17:00 SGT where SMS messages with valid SMS SenderIDs were being wrongly rejected by the CommzGate API General end-point at https://www.commzgate.net This incident was resolved before we had a chance to notify you about it. Please accept our apologies for any trouble caused.
Customers on our Reserved API end-point were not affected. Please contact us should any assistance be required.
