Service interruption for Singtel recipients for SMS messages
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Good news - this issue has been resolved and everything should be working normally now. We're continuing to monitor closely to make sure everything stays stable. Thank you so much for your patience while we worked through this.
Please be informed of a service interruption with the above-mentioned component of our service. Singtel network seems to be having problems delivering SMS to some mobile numbers. We will update again once normal service resumes.
