We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
SMS delivery to Singtel was resolved, however, if your application receives incoming SMS (MO), incoming SMS messages from Singtel users continue to be delayed.
Please be informed of a service interruption with the above-mentioned component of our service. We will update again once normal service resumes.
